The 2021 ICPI Summer Meeting will take place August 23-26, 2021 at the Graduate Annapolis Hotel in Annapolis, MD.
For members who are unable to travel to Annapolis, MD, there will be an opportunity to register and participate in meetings virtually.
Registration
The 2021 Summer Meeting registration includes access to all ICPI Committee Meetings, the General Session Luncheon, ICPI Member Happy Hour and Social Event.
**Before completing your online meeting registration, please be sure to select and indicate whether you are planning to attend In-Person or Virtually . Once you select “FULL REGISTRATION” it will allow you to then add on both options. Please add the option that applies to your registration so staff can have an accurate headcount of who plans to attend in Annapolis, and who will attend virtually. COVID-19 Testing
Complimentary onsite COVID-19 PCR Testing will be made available on Monday, August 23 from 1:00 - 2:00pm and again on Tuesday, August 24 from 8:30 - 9:30am in the Surgeon Meeting Room located off of the Annapolis Atrium. Be sure to stop by the testing room during the above hours if you would like to/need to be tested prior to your return travel. Test results take 1-2 days to come in, so please plan accordingly.
In the event that your PCR test results are not back in time, three (3) alternate offsite locations that can offer approved rapid testing are also available and can be viewed here.
General Session Luncheon Speaker
Social Event
The Social Event will take place from 7:00 - 10:00pm aboard the stunning 3-story Catherine Marie Yacht. The boat will depart from the downtown Annapolis City Dock located on Dock Street. Attendees will walk in groups from the Graduate Annapolis hotel down to the City Dock beginning at 6:20pm. It is about a 15 minute walk along main street.
ICPI Members will board the beautiful Catherine Marie for a 2-hour bay cruise followed by a 1 hour dockside party. Click here to take a tour of the Catherine Marie yacht.
Catherine Marie’s spacious main deck features expansive table-height windows for unobstructed views, rich mahogany paneling, and a full-service bar. The second deck includes a lounge with a handsomely appointed mahogany bar and custom-carved built-in seating complete with bistro tables, chairs, and ottomans. Double doors open to the covered aft deck, which is perfect for music and dancing. The top deck is fully open with patio-style tables and chairs and the most amazing views of the Chesapeake Bay.

In a marketing rut? Looking to shake things up? Are you bored of using the same strategies, techniques and collateral and getting the same results? Join us for a workshop featuring ICPI Past-Chair Charles Gamarekian and Larry Hilldore as they review marketing strategies, tips and tricks of the trade and share their experiences (good and bad) to inspire your next marketing campaign.
Mr. Gamarekian and Mr. Hilldore strongly encourage attendees to come ready with questions and be ready to learn with the industry’s best!
