Life Cycle Cost Analysis Program
The user can enter construction, maintenance costs and end-of-life costs for interlocking concrete pavement, asphalt and concrete pavements, as well as a discount rate to have the program calculate the life-cycle costs for these pavements. The software allows deterministic or probabilistic analyses of costs and outputs results in tabular and bar graph forms. Default values are provided for initial costs, maintenance costs and intervals which can be easily edited by the user to project-specific conditions. The program can be operated using metric or traditional U.S. units. Developed by Applied Research Associates.
